1. Introduction
By booking a tour with Neraca Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. All bookings made through our website or directly with our agency are subject to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Booking & Payment
- A minimum deposit of 50% of the total tour amount is required to confirm a tour booking. Full payment for flight bookings is required at the time of booking.
- Remaining tour balances must be paid according to the payment terms stated in the invoice.
- Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, QR transfer, or cash payment at our office. Upon request, clients may also use Stripe (credit/debit card), Shopee Pay, Grab Pay, TNG eWallet, FPX online banking, or Atome, subject to additional vendor charges.
3. Cancellation & Refund
- Tour cancellations made within 30 days before departure are non-refundable.
- Tour cancellations made more than 30 days before departure will receive a refund of 50% of the total tour payment, processed via the original payment method.
- Country-specific cancellation policies may override these general rules. Please refer to the relevant country Terms & Conditions page.
4. Flight Bookings
- Flight bookings through Neraca Travel & Tours are optional. Clients may book flights independently if desired.
- Any cancellations, refunds, or changes for flights booked through the agency will adhere to the airline’s policies. The agency is not responsible for airline penalties beyond these policies.
5. Tour Changes / Date Changes
- Clients may request changes to tour dates. Such changes are subject to availability, management approval, and may incur penalty charges.
- Specific conditions may apply depending on the country, as outlined in the country-specific Terms & Conditions.
6. Insurance & Liability
- Travel insurance is optional. Clients may purchase insurance through Neraca Travel & Tours (e.g., AIA Insurance or AirAsia add-on) or through other providers.
- The travel agency is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damages incurred during the tour.
7. Health & Safety
- Travelers are responsible for their own health and must comply with local health and safety regulations at each destination.
- Travelers should inform the agency of any relevant medical conditions prior to departure.
8. Special Requests
- Accommodation details, bed setups, and hotel star ratings will be provided in the invoice.
- Clients may request specific accommodations or meal arrangements. Requests are subject to availability, may incur additional charges, and cannot always be guaranteed.
- Meal details (included days, type of cuisine, halal options) will be specified in the invoice. In some cases, meals may be excluded to allow clients to choose their own arrangements.
9. Force Majeure / Unforeseen Circumstances
- Neraca Travel & Tours reserves the right to modify or cancel itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, political issues, strikes, pandemics, or other events beyond our control.
- Reasonable efforts will be made to provide suitable alternatives where possible.
10. Website & Intellectual Property
- All content, images, and design on this website are the property of Neraca Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
- Neraca Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd (SSM Registration No. 201701006517 (1220682-A), MOTAC License No. KPK/LN : 9946) is a licensed travel agency authorized to provide inbound and outbound travel services, including ticketing.
- Any disputes arising from bookings shall be resolved amicably or, if necessary, submitted to the courts of Malaysia.
