TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking with NERACA TRAVEL & TOURS SDN. BHD. By confirming a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS

- A deposit is required at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable.  

- Full payment must be made before the deadline specified for each package.  

- Failure to make timely payment may result in cancellation without refund.  

2. TRAVELER RESPONSIBILITIES

- Customers must hold a valid passport with at least 6 months’ validity from the date of travel.  

- Customers are responsible for obtaining visas, vaccinations, and other required documents.  

- Customers must comply with immigration, airline, and local authority requirements.  

- We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for all tours.  

3. TOUR OPERATION

- We act as an agent between the customer and third-party service providers (airlines, hotels, insurance, etc.).  

- We are not liable for delays, cancellations, accidents, or service issues caused by third parties.  

4. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not responsible for losses or changes due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, political unrest, or airline disruptions.  

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

- We are not responsible for loss of personal belongings, injuries, or medical issues, except where caused by our proven negligence.  

- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking.  

6. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse bookings if customers fail to comply with these terms or engage in inappropriate behavior.  

7. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved under Malaysian jurisdiction.  

By booking with NERACA TRAVEL & TOURS SDN. BHD., you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
