1. Tour Types
- Bali tours may be conducted as private tours, which are exclusive to the client, or as group tours on fixed dates, combined with other public guests.
- The type of tour booked will be clearly stated in the itinerary or booking confirmation.
2. Booking & Payment
- A minimum deposit of 50% of the total tour amount is required to confirm the booking. The deposit is non-refundable.
- The remaining 50% balance must be paid according to the invoice payment terms.
- Accepted payment methods are bank transfer, QR transfer, or cash payment at our office. Other payment methods (Stripe, Shopee Pay, Grab Pay, TNG eWallet, FPX, Atome) may be available upon request, subject to additional vendor charges.
3. Cancellation & Refund
- Cancellation made within 30 days before departure: No refund.
- Cancellation made 30 days or more before departure: 50% refund of the total payment (deposit remains non-refundable).
4. Children Policy
- Children aged 3 years and below: Free of charge.
- Children aged 4–7 years: Discounted price (exact amount as per package).
- Children aged 8 years and above: Full adult price.
- For children 8–11 years old sharing the hotel room without an extra bed, a discounted rate may apply subject to hotel availability and approval.
5. Photography & Videography
- Photography and videography at popular Bali attractions (e.g., Bali Swing) must be purchased directly from the service provider on-site. Payment is approximately 200,000 IDR per person.
- These services cannot be pre-booked or arranged by the agency.
6. Tailored Programs / Special Requests
- Tour itineraries can be customized based on client requests. Pricing will be calculated according to the requested changes and communicated by the agency prior to confirmation.
- Special requests, including hotel upgrades, meal preferences, additional sightseeing, or extra activities, are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
7. Meals Policy
- Breakfast will be served at the hotel as a buffet or fixed meal depending on hotel policy.
- Lunch and dinner will be arranged at local restaurants along the tour route. Meals are generally randomly selected from Indonesian, Malaysian, or Western types.
- No pork or beef is used; however, halal certificates cannot be guaranteed.
- Guests who wish to have more control over their meals may remove lunch and dinner from the tour package. The driver can stop at restaurants of the guest's choice, and the meals will be paid individually.
8. Seasonal Pricing
- Prices may vary depending on travel dates. Peak season (e.g., 25th December – 10th January) and high season (e.g., 1st December – 20th December) rates are higher than regular rates promoted on the website, social media, or advertisements.
9. Health & Safety
- Guests are responsible for declaring health information on the arrival card, either via the agency or directly using the provided link/QR code.
- Travelers must comply with local health and safety regulations and disclose any pre-existing medical conditions.
10. Liability
- Neraca Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damages incurred during the tour unless caused by proven negligence on our part.
11. Visa & Travel Documents
- Travelers are responsible for ensuring that passports, visas, and other travel documents are valid and meet entry requirements for Indonesia.
12. Force Majeure
- Neraca Travel & Tours reserves the right to modify, postpone, reschedule, or cancel any part of the tour itinerary, sightseeing, or activities due to safety reasons, including but not limited to severe weather, political unrest, time constraints, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
- The agency will inform clients of any changes as soon as possible and make reasonable efforts to provide alternatives.
- In some cases, refunds may be issued at the agency's discretion; in other cases, changes may occur without a refund.
13. Optional Activities & Attractions
- Some tours may include optional activities, attractions, or experiences with additional costs not included in the package price.
- Examples include watersports (e.g., Jet Skiing, Parasailing, Banana Boat), Holy Bath at Tirta Empul, Bali Swing & Nest, and professional photography services.
- Clients are responsible for these optional activity fees, which can be purchased on-site or as stated in the itinerary or invoice.
- Guests are advised to bring extra clothing, towels, and any necessary equipment for these activities. Public restrooms will be available for freshening up between activities.
14. Hotel Check-out & Guide Policy
- Standard hotel check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-out requests must be arranged in advance through the agency or directly with the hotel, and any additional charges are payable at the hotel reception in cash.
- For private tours with fewer than 20 participants, the driver will act as a basic guide. A dedicated licensed guide can be requested as an add-on.
- For private tours with 20 participants or more, a dedicated licensed guide will be provided by default to manage the group.
15. Complaints & Feedback

- Complaints should be reported promptly during or within 7 days after the tour ends.
16. Payment Currency
- All payments for Bali tours are billed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
- While some services may accept USD on-site, payment in IDR is highly recommended and preferred.
