TERMS & CONDITIONS 

Terms & Conditions for Bali Trip & Tour Package

1. Private Tour: All tours are conducted privately and will not be combined with other participants to ensure a personalized experience.

2. Booking:

   • A 50% deposit of the total tour amount is required to confirm the booking. The deposit is non-refundable.

   • The remaining 50% balance must be paid 7 days prior to departure. 

3. Tailored Programs: The event program can be customized to your specific needs and preferences. Please inform us in advance for any special requests or alterations.

4. Children's Policy:

   • Children under 3 years old are free of charge.

   • Children aged 4-7 years will be charged 90% of the adult price.

   • Children aged 8 and above will be charged the full adult price.

5. Photography & Video Services: An additional charge of USD 110 applies for professional photo, video, and drone services during the tour.

6. Seasonal Pricing: The prices displayed are valid for the Low Season period only. Prices may vary during peak seasons or public holidays. Please contact us for updated pricing.

7. Booking Confirmation: A deposit of 50% of the total package price is required to confirm the booking. The balance must be settled at least 7 days before the trip date.

8. Cancellation Policy:

   • Cancellation made within 15 days before departure: No refund.

   •  Cancellation made 15 days before departure: 50% refund of the total payment. 

9. Travel Insurance: Travel insurance is highly recommended to cover any unforeseen circumstances, including medical emergencies, trip cancellations, or lost belongings.

10. Health & Safety: Guests are responsible for their own health and safety during the tour. Please inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions.

11. Liability: Neraca Travel & Tours Sdn. Bhd. will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during the tour unless it is due to negligence on our part.

12. Visa & Travel Documents: It is the responsibility of the travelers to ensure they have valid passports, visas, and other travel documents required for the trip.

13. Force Majeure: In the event of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, or any other event beyond our control), we reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel the tour without liability.

14. Complaints: Any complaints must be reported immediately during the tour or within 7 days after the tour ends. Complaints filed after this period may not be entertained.
