Private Tour: All tours are conducted privately and will not be combined with other participants to ensure a personalized experience.
Booking:
A 50% deposit of the total tour amount is required to confirm the booking. The deposit is non-refundable.
The remaining 50% balance must be paid 7 days prior to departure.
Tailored Programs: The event program can be customized to your specific needs and preferences. Please inform us in advance for any special requests or alterations.
Children's Policy:
Children under 3 years old are free of charge.
Children aged 4-7 years will be charged 90% of the adult price.
Children aged 8 and above will be charged the full adult price.
Photography & Video Services: An additional charge of USD 110 applies for professional photo, video, and drone services during the tour.
Seasonal Pricing: The prices displayed are valid for the Low Season period only. Prices may vary during peak seasons or public holidays. Please contact us for updated pricing.
Booking Confirmation: A deposit of 50% of the total package price is required to confirm the booking. The balance must be settled at least 7 days before the trip date.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation made within 15 days before departure: No refund.
Cancellation made 15 days before departure: 50% refund of the total payment.
Travel Insurance: Travel insurance is highly recommended to cover any unforeseen circumstances, including medical emergencies, trip cancellations, or lost belongings.
Health & Safety: Guests are responsible for their own health and safety during the tour. Please inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions.
Liability: Neraca Travel & Tours Sdn. Bhd. will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during the tour unless it is due to negligence on our part.
Visa & Travel Documents: It is the responsibility of the travelers to ensure they have valid passports, visas, and other travel documents required for the trip.
Force Majeure: In the event of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, or any other event beyond our control), we reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel the tour without liability.
Complaints: Any complaints must be reported immediately during the tour or within 7 days after the tour ends. Complaints filed after this period may not be entertained.
