Group Booking Service Fee
Short Haul International Flight- MYR 5.00 per pax per way (non refundable)
Long Haul International Flight - MYR7.50 per pax per way (non refundable)
Domestic Flight - MYR 21.20 per pax per booking (non refundable)

Domestic & Short Haul (AK, FD, QZ, Z2)
Initial deposit: 3%
Deposit: 10% on total fares
Payment Terms
a) For travel date 1 day before departure (Within one week from booking date)
- Full payment to be made on the same date (within 1 hour) after fare acceptance.
b) For travel date 2-10 days before departure (Within one week from booking date)
- Full payment to be made on the same date (within 12 hours) after fare acceptance.
c) For travel date 11-14 days before departure (Less than one month from booking date)
- Initial deposit 3% within 12 hours after fare acceptance.
- Full payment to be made within 48 hours after initial deposit.
d) For travel date 15-40 days before departure (Less than one month from booking date)
- Initial deposit 3% within 24 hours after fare acceptance.
- Full payment to be made within 48 hours after initial deposit.
c) For travel date 41-90 days before departure (More than 1 month but less than 3 months from booking date)
- Initial deposit 3% within 24 hours after fare acceptance.
- Deposit payment 10% to be made within 48 hours after initial deposit.
- Full payment to be made 30 days before departure date.
d) For travel date =>91 days before departure (Beyond 3 months from booking date)
- Initial deposit 3% within 24 hours after fare acceptance.
- Deposit payment 10% to be made within 7 days after initial deposit.
- Full payment to be made 30 days before departure date.
Flight Change
- Beyond 2 weeks of STD - flight change is allowed with immediate payment of applicable change fee and fare difference (if any).
- Within 2 weeks of STD - flight change is strictly prohibited.
- After departure of first segment - flight change to the return segment is permitted (beyond 48 hours of STD) with immediate payment of flight change fee and fare difference (if any).
Re-Routing
Re-routing is strictly not allowed.
Name List Update and Name Change
- Self-service name list update is allowed up to 48 hours before departure. Please strictly adhere to the time limit stated on the Group Booking System (GBS).
- Agent can use the “Save” button to save the names and amend at any time before the time limit is reached.
- Please click on the “Save and Submit” button on the Name List function only after the names are finalized.
- Name change is NOT allowed after you click the “Save and Submit” button and after the time limit expires. Special approval is required on an urgent case to case basis only for a fee.
Add-Ons (Special Service Request -SSR)
**Only allowed after name submission.
Pre-Booked Meals
Allowed, up to 24 hours before departure date and time.
Pre-Purchase of Baggage
Allowed, up to 24 hours before departure date and time
* Options : 20KG / 25KG / 30KG / 40KG (Short haul International flight)
* Options : 15KG/ 20KG / 25KG / 30KG / 40KG (Domestic flight)
**For group booking, it is mandatory to include 20KG baggage allowance for International flight.
Upsizing of Baggage
Allowed, up to 4 hours before departure time with applicable fee difference
Seat Assignment (Standard Seat)
Allowed after full payment and finalized name list is uploaded on GBS up to 24 hours before departure date and time with applicable fee charged. Seat fee is not included automatically in the original fare quote.
** For group booking, it is mandatory to add standard seat selection for International flight.
Hot Seat
Allowed after full payment and finalized name list is uploaded on GBS up to 24 hours before departure date and time with applicable fee charged. Seat fee is not included automatically in the original fare quote.
Other(s) SSR
Allowed, up to 24 hours before departure date and time.
* Any payment made for the booking created are not refundable and non-transferable in the event that the seat is not utilized or cancelled due to non-compliance of our group booking terms and conditions (including deposit payment, full payment, name list , etc.)
* Failure to comply with any of the terms and conditions will result in immediate cancellation of the bookings.
Note: Fare quote includes fares, taxes, surcharges, group booking service fee and 20kg checked baggage fee. Seat fee is not included automatically in the original fare quote. Please verify the fare breakdown before you accept the fare quote.
